Understand the terms before choosing how to pay.

How much will I pay?

Your available offer shows any amount due today, the payment amounts and dates, APR, and total repayment. Some eligible plans offer 0% APR; others carry interest. Product-page sample plans are estimates, not an approval or a guaranteed offer. Taxes and shipping can change your final order total.

Where do I select financing?

If you enter Shop Pay checkout, choose the installment option when available. To use the separate Affirm option, use standard checkout and look for Affirm – Pay Over Time in the Payment section. Availability depends on your purchase and eligibility.

Does checking eligibility affect my credit?

Checking your eligibility with Affirm uses a soft inquiry and does not affect your credit score. If you accept a loan, the loan and your repayment activity may be reported to credit bureaus and may affect your credit.

Are there late fees or early payoff penalties?

Affirm does not charge late fees, and there is no penalty for paying early. Payments are still due on the agreed schedule; missed payments may affect your credit and future eligibility.

Will I need a down payment?

A down payment may be required. Review the amount due at checkout and the date of your first installment in your payment agreement.

Who handles my payments?

Affirm handles financing payments. Follow the account and payment instructions in your confirmation, or visit Affirm’s Help Center. Contact TDS for product, order, or installation questions.

Can I finance an installation or an international order?

For a local installation, contact TDS to discuss your equipment and service quote and confirm the available payment options. Shop Pay Installments through our U.S. store is for eligible U.S. domestic purchases. Other financing availability depends on the provider and the options shown at checkout.

What if I need to return a financed purchase?

The TDS return policy determines return eligibility. Contact TDS about your order and Affirm about your financing balance. Financing does not create additional return rights.
